About This Coffee

San Lucas Toliman, Solola Guatemala,:  Shade grown coffee in the rich volcanic soil on the slopes of volcanoes Atitlan and Talisman in the higher altitudes of the world renown Lake Atitlan coffee growing region. The Juan Ana Coffee program helps small independent coffee producers by buying their highest quality coffee at above market prices. The coffee is processed locally and exported by San Lucas Mission Talisman. Proceeds from sales in the United States go to support the many mission programs in Guatemala including but not limited to building houses, education & a Women's Center.

Elevation: 1400m to 2100m
Fragrance:  Chocolate, hazlenut, melon, berry, caramel.
Aroma : Brown sugar, butter, papaya, rose.
Flavor: Chocolate, nutty, floral, berry.
Acidity:   Bright and mellow acidity, well balanced. 
Finish: Heavier mouth feel leads to a sweet Long finish.
