The Beans.
Uteuzi Jimbo (Swahili for "county select") beans are full of region-specific notes and a mouth-pleasing tart acidity that’s specific to Kenyan beans. The beans also country-specific washing process containing a unique soaking step. Once fermented and washed, the beans are spread on raised beds to dry.
Fragrance: Caramel, vanilla, sweet and dried fruit.
Aroma: Chocolate, berry, lemon and grape.
Flavor: Clove, citrus, cherry.
Acidity: Tart citric acidity and a heavy mouthfeel.
